The Creighton Kodiaks didn't miss a beat and easily picked up their second win of the Northern Saskatchewan Football league on Friday.
In the first ever regular season game with Pinehouse, the Kodiaks jumped out to a 24-6 lead at the half and then rolled to a 65-14 victory.
Shawn Francois and Linden Moore led the way offensively with two touchdowns a piece and Blake Alexander had another great day kicking the ball adding 14 points in converts.
Other touchdowns came from Evan Madarash, Bailey Eastman and Jaron McDermot. Noah Dickens had a strong game defensively adding a sack and forcing a fumble , and taking it back for a touchdown.
Devon Tinker accounted for all 14 Pinehouse points.
Creighton improve to 2-0 while Pinehouse will fall to 1-2. Next up for the Kodiaks will be a game in Cimberland House this Thursday, which could decide first place in the division.
