The Don Holmes rink picked up the Senior Zone Curling  Championship in Thompson this past weekend.

Holmes beat Sam Antilla out of Thompson in the final in a best of 3.

Holmes is now off to Winnipeg for the Senior Provincial February the 22nd.

The winning rink consists of Don Holmes- skip, Grant McCluckie- third, Russell Kennedy second and Dave Salahub lead.

The Holmes rink also won the Manitoba Credit Union Master Men's Norman Regional which was played at the Uptown Curling Club on Dec 9th and 10th in Flin Flon.

Holmes also beat Antilla out of Thompson in the final.
