The Creighton Kodiak offense was firing on all cylinders yersterday afternoon as they went into Pinehouse and beat the Lakers 66-12 , to open up another season of Northern Saskatchewan football.

 

Blake Alexander was impressive tossing 5 touchdown passes in the victory. Aiden Collard picked up a pair of majors and the Kodiaks also returned two kick offs for td's.

 

One of the touchdowns was scored by 16 year old Carson Streile who was playing his first ever game.

 

Myles Patterson hauled in a couple of receptions for touch downs with the other points coming from Austin Mclean and Aiden Collard.

 

The Kodiaks were up 40-0 at the half and didn't take their foot off the pedal, scoring 26 more points in the third and fourth quarters.

 

Creighton will now return home and host Sandy Bay in their home opener on Wednesday, September the 18th.
