Kodiaks Respond

What a difference a week makes as the Creighton Kodiaks were able to shake off a week one loss to Sandy Bay and improve their record to 1-1 in the Northern Saskatchewan Football League.

 

The Kodiaks battled La Loche under the lights last night in Prince Albert and picked up the decisive 72-0 victory.

 

This was a statement game for quarerback Blake Alexander who threw 5 touchdown passes and booted a 35 yard field goal.

 

Austin McLean and Bailey Noonan picked up three touchdowns a piece with Myles Patterson and Aidan Coliard  also able to find the back of the end zone.

 

After playing their first two games on the road the much awaited home opener for the Kodiaks will be next Thursday September the 20th against Cumberland House.

 

Kickoff will be at 4PM.
