Small business owners have ranked Premier Selinger dead last

New survey results from the Canadian Federation of Independent Business reveal Manitoba entrepreneurs are the least confident in Canada that their Premier and provincial government have a vision that supports small business.  Their Manitoba Director of provincial affairs Elliot Sims says in every category the Manitoba government and Premier Greg Selinger received the worst rating.  He says only three percent of Manitoba small business members think that the Premier understands the realities of running a small business which is tied for last in the country with Ontario Premier Wynne and only eight percent of Manitoba small business owners are confident that our government has a view that will support small business.  He says this should really be a wake up call to the provincial government that it needs to start listening to small business concerns.

Sims adds this underpins the critical need for a reset of government policy to create a small business friendly economy.
