The local Canadian Film Group is showing the film The Angel’s Share presented by the Films Up North Thursday evening.  The Flin Flon Arts Council’s Crystal Kolt says this is a Scottish film that has won several awards.  She says this story is a really heart felt, warm friendship type story where the main character who is a bit of a character escapes from prison by the skin of his teeth and while he meets up with this three friends during this adventure he discovers that he has this amazing talent that involves the worlds best malt whiskies.

The film will be shown Thursday evening at 7 in the Hapnot Theatre. Tickets are ten dollars at the door.
