The year end totals are in for last year at the Flin Flon Recycling Center and Administrator Deb Odegaard says things went well for the year.  She says they had quite a bit of change towards the end of the year because they are no longer sorting the material just bailing it commingled and sending it to Winnipeg to be sorted and that helps them maintain getting stuff through because things were really piling up because people are recycling a lot of material in Flin Flon. She adds last year they had almost 397 tonnes and that’s about 14 tonnes more than what they did in 2012.

Odegaard adds it would be nice to get back to the 500 tonnes they did in 2007.
