The annual six week In Motion Health Challenge will get underway January 13th.  The Committee’s Christa McIntyre encourages teams of two to four people to enter for a fee of five dollars a person with weekly prizes and a top prize of 500 dollars awarded.  McIntyre says teams will collect points for meeting challenges with some changes this year.  She says they are sticking with the same challenge sheet that they have used every year so people will have to do things like the physical activity, drinking water and the healthy eating but the new twist this year is a kindness challenge and they put that in there to try and promote kindness in our community and they are bringing back Trivia Night.
