Foran Mining Corporation has reported its financial results for the twelve month period ending September 30th.  It recorded a net loss of almost 1.9 million dollars compared to a net loss of just over 1.4 million dollars for the twelve months ending September 30th, 2012.

As of September 30th the Company had a total of 4.6 million dollars in cash and cash equivalents compared to 9.6 million on September 30th, 2012.

Foran is a diversified exploration and development company with projects in the Flin Flon mining belt.  Its flagship McIlvenna Bay project is located in east central Saskatchewan 65 kilometers west of Flin Flon.  They report it contains one of the largest undeveloped volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits in Canada.
