Operation Red Nose has three nights left for this season, tonight, tomorrow night and New Year’s Eve.  The Rotary Club’s committee co-chair Ted Hewitt says last weekend was another good one for their service.  He says it was their fourth in the 2013 campaign and between Friday and Saturday they provided a total of 50 rides.  He adds both nights were very cold in the minus 40 range so those who used their service appreciated getting themselves and their vehicles home safely.  Hewitt thanks all those who volunteered from within the community from Denare Beach to Bakers Narrows.
