The Flin Flon Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation held a community consultation Monday evening.  The Corporation’s Laurence Gillespie says the Neighborhoods Alive program requires them to develop a five year plan through consultation with the community.  He says they are looking for what people think will improve Flin Flon, what keeps them here, what they are currently missing in terms of services and resources available to the community, what sort of things they would like them to do to try make things better.  He says part of their program is to try to develop a sense of community in Flin Flon, get people a stronger sense of identification with their community and so programs that work towards that or initiatives and events that will help people identify more strongly with Flin Flon.
