The Women’s Resource Center is holding a workshop on how to talk so your kids will listen and listen so your kids can talk.  The Center’s Barb Hopkinson says the free eight week program will teach parents proven skills including how to set limits and boundaries while maintaining good will, coping with a child’s negative feelings, expressing anger without hurting, engaging their child’s cooperation and helping the child develop into a responsible person.  She adds these skills add peace and harmony creating a positive family atmosphere of love and respect.

The workshop is open to women and will be held Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 starting next week.  To register call Barb at 204-681-3105.
