Community Futures Greenstone is holding a video workshop Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11:30.  Manager Bunny Burke says it will cover survey design for customer research so this is a good workshop for research and surveying people.  She says it includes basic principles and practices for quantitive market research to help assess your new business ideas, to try and find new markets and the experienced business owner can use these survey techniques with existing customers to try and improve their service and products.
