Your used cartridges can support substance abuse prevention programs

The CADAC Center in Creighton continues to conduct a fund raiser by collecting empty inkjet cartridges.  Executive Director Laurel Mackie explains people drop off their used inkjet cartridges at the Orange Toad, Walmart or the Co-op store and they take them in and send them to the company and they send CADAC anywhere from 75 cents to a dollar per cartridge.

Mackie says they have been sending in cartridges two or three times a year for the past three years and have benefited the environment by keeping cartridges out of the landfill.
