A lot of people shopped and ate on the weekend

The Habitat 53° Chapter of Habitat for Humanity held their first yard sale and barbeque Saturday at their ReStore.  The store’s Kathy McCormick says it went well.  She says they only had a few tables for their yard sale but they had a continuous flow of people coming in to see and shop in the ReStore and learn about their fund raising to build their first home in Flin Flon.  She adds it went so well they’ll do the barbeque and yard sale again on May 10th next year.

The ReStore is open Saturdays from 10 to 3 until the end of September and is located between the Armories and Twin Motors.
