Flin Flon Parks and Recreation’s Summer in the Parks program is underway running until August 23rd.  One of the Supervisors Athea Fernandes says they offer a variety of programs each week for five to eight year olds.  She says they have a lot of plans for many outdoor games noting they are not working out of the Willowvale Curling Club this year but out of the zoo so they’ll be outside a lot more.  She adds they’ll be at the wading pool a lot and have a couple of fun field trips this year.

Summer in the Parks runs Monday to Friday from 12 to 5.  For information or to register you can call the Recreation Office at 204-681-7542.
