National Aboriginal Day is being celebrated at the Flin Flon Aboriginal Friendship Center tomorrow afternoon.  The Center’s Events Coordinator Chris Merasty says they will have food and entertainment including a lot of local artists like Micah Ballantyne, Ron Burwash and the youth drum group from the Friendship Center who are showcasing their talent for the first time in a public setting like this.  He adds they have invited guests Desiree Dorion and Kimberly Dawn as their featured award winning artists and will have hoop dancers, powwow dancers, square dancers and fiddlers.

It runs from 2:45 until 8 tomorrow at the Friendship Center on Church Street.
