Get Better Together

A Get Better Together program is available online beginning May 6th.  Regional Community Health Developer Christa McIntyre says it’s a free program designed for people with any type of ongoing health condition.  She says throughout the six weeks they learn a variety of self management skills such as nutrition and exercise, dealing with pain and fatigue, better ways to talk with their doctor and much more.

In the program you will join others in an interactive workshop and participate in easy to follow online sessions that are posted each week for six weeks.  For more information or to register go to www.getbettertogether.ca.
