The Manitoba Writers Guild and the Manitoba Arts Council are hosting literary events in Flin Flon this weekend.  The local Writers Guild’s Harry Hobbs explains on Friday evening three writers Jordan Wheeler, Donna Bissel and Chandra Major will be reading from their books at the Public Library from 7 to 9 and on Saturday those same three authors will be doing a workshop open to the public at Many Faces School, all you have to do show up.

              The workshop Saturday runs from 9 to 1.  Hobbs adds a silver collection will be taken at both events with the proceeds staying in the community.  For more information you can call Harry at 204-687-6647.
