The 34th annual Denare Beach Winter Festival takes place tomorrow and Saturday.  Recreation Director Jennifer Donaghy says it starts with a Musher’s supper tomorrow at 6 at the Denareplex and they’ll also be having a silent auction and penny parade in which they’ll be using donations from various businesses and individuals in our area.  She says they’ll have a cribbage tournament, turkey shoot and a frozen t-shirt contest.  Donaghy adds Saturday they’ll start the day with a pancake breakfast followed by a fishing derby down by Angell’s Marina, a family poker derby, boot hockey tournament, freezie mountain, bingo, turkey curling and they’ll wrap up the weekend with their Musher’s Social Saturday night.
