An Education Review was the Focus of a Flin Flon School Board Meeting Tuesday.

This past January the Manitoba government announced a new commission on K to 12 education asking the provinces residents for their thoughts about the future of our education system.  This will be the first time in decades a full review will be conducted.  The goal is to find the best solutions for Manitoba’s education system so students will be prepared to succeed in today’s modern world no matter what path they choose.  This past Tuesday Superintendent Constance McCleese announced two students from Flin Flon will be joining other students from across the province sharing their views in Winnipeg next month.  Camryn Stuckless has been selected to represent Many Faces Education Center and Andy Richard has been selected to represent Hapnot Collegiate.  The two students from our School Division will be able to give their perspectives on education as they attend schools with different curriculums.
