The Flin Flon & District Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Community Futures Greenstone has selected this year’s business and organization honourees.

This year’s recipients are;

Creighton Petro Canada- Tim Horton’s Kiosk- Owned and operated by PBCN PA Fuel & Convenience

Alluring Impressions Spa- Owned and operated by Joanne & Jarrett Kemp

Mugsy’s Deli- Owned and operated by Natasha Daneliuk

In addition, a new award has been created to honour youth in the region who show entrepreneurial spirit and ability. This year’s Emerging Entrepreneur Award goes to Grade 11 Hapnot Collegiate student Maryn McKee who operates Winx Eyelashes and has been involved in several prior ventures.

The Committee also selects a recipient for the Community Ambassador Award for an organization that contributes to the betterment of the community. The winner of this award is Johnny’s Social Club, operated by Greg East and Mark Rowe.
