University College of the North is hosting a workshop on Writing Proposals That Win. Northern Mining Academy Operations Manager Craig Cowper says the course is aimed at assisting public and private organizations with the proposal writing process which is often required when requesting funding. He says it is certainly something that is very applicable to many of the organizations and communities here in the north. He explains participants will learn to write clear precise executive summaries, understand the proposal writing process and this is a high quality course with highly recommended great facilitators and they’re willing to allow participants to bring some existing work in progress for help with those proposals and documents.
