Operation Red Nose had a successful second weekend in the Flin Flon area.  The Rotary Club’s Committee Chair Ted Hewitt reports over the weekend Operation Red Nose provided a total of 43 rides which was a big increase over the previous weekend adding they had a total of 17 volunteers from the staff at McIsaac School and the Kinsmen on Friday evening and 14 volunteers from the staff at Creighton School and the Ski Club on Saturday evening to provide the service. He says next Friday the Women’s Resource Center combined with the Friendship Center are providing the volunteers followed on Saturday by the Cottagers.

Operation Red Nose will again be available Friday and Saturday for the next three weekends as well as December 29th and New Years Eve.  Volunteers are still needed for the 22nd, 23rd, 29th and 31st with application forms available online at or at Scotia Bank which are then taken to the RCMP office with two pieces of identification.
