The Saskatchewan government’s consultation survey on cannabis wraps up on Friday.

Justice Minister Don Morgan says the legalization of cannabis represents a big change and they want to take time to consult with the people of the province to ensure they implement the parts of this legislation that are under their control in a way that works for Saskatchewan.  If you are eighteen years of age or older and a resident of the province you can complete the anonymous survey at

Topics on the survey include parts of the federal legislation left up to the provinces including age limits on cannabis sales, public consumption, taxation on cannabis sales, distribution and wholesaling, potential retail models, locations and rules, regulatory compliance and the enforcement of the modified impaired driving laws.
