The 41^st annual Northern Juried Art Show is being held in Flin Flon in May.  It’s open to Manitoba residents North of 53 as well as artists from Creighton and Denare Beach.  One of the organizers Mike Spencer says entries have closed and the show will be featuring a variety of art works.  He says they’ll have painting, water color, drawing and print making, fibre arts, traditional crafts, photography, digital photography, digitally enhanced art works, graphic art, video work, sculpture and three dimensional works like that as well as youth categories for 12 and under and 13 to 17 years olds.

Spencer adds they will also have the People’s Choice and Best in Show prizes as well as their theme category which this year is Boreal Canada.  The shipping deadline for artists is April 15^th with the show taking place in the Flin Flon Community Hall May 19^th and 20^th.
