Are Our Roads the Worst in Manitoba?

CAA Manitoba is once again asking you to help identify roads in dire need of attention with its 6th annual Worst Roads Campaign.  Their Public and Media Relations Specialist Erika Miller says they want to make sure our infrastructure issues are front and center because they think the condition of Manitoba’s roads, highways and bridges need to be top priority for all levels of government.  She says it’s really because infrastructure impacts everyone whether you’re a driver, a cyclist, taking your family to a hockey game, seniors going out to bingo or our kids.

Miller adds CAA Manitoba has been working closely with municipalities and the province to ensure roads nominated each year are on government’s priority lists.  You can vote at their website www.caamanitoba.com/worstroads or the CAA Manitoba Facebook page.  The deadline is midnight April 17th.
