March is Nutrition Month. Community Dietician Joanna Ledoux says the theme this year is Take the Fight Out of Food so spot the problem, get the facts and seek support. She explains eating should be joyful not a source of every day frustration and confusion so if you’re fighting with food you want to try the three step approach. She says number one is spot the problem to find what’s causing your fight with food, number two get the facts so use facts from credible sources to decide what needs to be done to solve the problem and number three is seek support so put the plan in action with support from a dietician, family and friends.
