You Now Have Access to a New Help Line.

United Way and Volunteer Manitoba have launched a province wide online service called 211 Manitoba.  The United Way’s Heather Bloxom says people visiting the site will find a list of help and social services available throughout the province organized in groups like finance, children and parenting or housing and homelessness. She says there are about fifteen categories and you can click on them to get some sub-categories which will take you to where it meets your needs.  She adds within two to three clicks you should be able to find what is available in your community that will respond to the issues that you are trying to get support with.

The website for this service is www.mb.211.ca.
