Just after 8 o’clock Saturday night Pelican Narrows RCMP were called to the local Health Center after an unresponsive man was rushed to the clinic.  Attempts at resuscitation were unsuccessful and the man was declared dead soon after.

The Office of the Chief Coroner, Major Crimes Unit South and members of the Prince Albert and Saskatoon General Investigation Sections are assisting Pelican Narrows with the investigation.  An autopsy has been tentatively scheduled in Saskatoon later this week.

The RCMP state as the investigation is in the preliminary stages, there is no additional information that can be release at this time.
