The Final in a Film Series Can Be Seen Tonight.

The Central Canada Film Group is presenting their final film of the season tonight.  The group’s Colin Davis says they will be showing The Bank Job tonight at 7:30. He says the film is based on a true story that took place in 1971 when the vault of the Lloyd’s Bank of London was tunneled into by a ragtag group of amateur thieves.  He adds full of intrigue this true story more than touches on the many reasons behind the robbery and why Buckingham Palace was anxious to keep it quiet.

The doors open at 7 at the Hapnot Theatre with an early bird showing of another film called The Bank Job starring Andy Griffith and Don Knotts.  Admission is a silver collection.
