Shareholders of Wildcat Exploration have approved the acquisition of diamond exploration properties in the Pikoo and Fort a la Corne areas of northern Saskatchewan.  They state the planned acquisition of these properties together with gold exploration properties in the Flin Flon Mining area will focus Wildcat mainly as a diamond and gold exploration company.

They also elected new Directors to their Board including Stephen Masson and James Pickell. Masson has strong exploration skills especially in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt where he has concentrated his efforts for the past 26 years.  Pickell has 35 years of international exploration and mining experience including in the Flin Flon Snow Lake Greenstone Belt.  Masson has been appointed President and CEO of Wildcat and Dave Kendall of Kendall and Pandya Chartered Accountants in Flin Flon was appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Wildcat Exploration has moved to Flin Flon and will be based here exploring for minerals in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
