Anglers across the country took to the lakes, rivers and even oceans last week as part of national fishing week. Mike Melnick the National Fishing Week Media Coordinator with catch fishing dot com said it was a great week across the country. He says they heard from a lot of anglers across the country through their social media page, facebook and twitter just telling them that they went fishing sending them photos of the fish they caught so he thinks overall they’re hearing from more and more people every year.
National Fishing week ran from July 4th to 12th.
