Cheques were presented to the Centoba Park revitalization project for 6953 dollars, the Creighton Community Smiling Hearts Daycare 5000 to assist with new flooring, the Citizens on Patrol Program1340 for cell phones, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 73 4300 for their kitchen upgrade, Creighton Community Center 13,950 for a commercial stove and range hood filters, Frontier Collegiate in Cranberry Portage 5000 for weight room equipment, Aboriginal Friendship Center 10,050 for the Headstart Program, Employment Links and restaurant, Norman Community Services 2695 for a commercial washer and dryer for their group home, Association for Community Living Vocational Training Center 2757 for rolling clothing racks for their thrift store, Ecole McIsaac School 1200 for guitars, Army Cadet Corp 3500 for a cargo trailer, Aqua Jets Swim Club 3146 for pool lane ropes, Public Library 4343 for story room renovations, Lord’s Bounty Food Bank 4000 for kitchen and office equipment, Women’s Safe Haven 5750 for furniture and games for their new common area, Simon House Bible Camp 3909 for safety gear and paddle boats and Northern Tykes Daycare 7649 in Snow Lake for new equipment and furniture.
