The Norva Center is hosting an Introduction to Photography with Daniel Dillon this weekend. Dillon says there’ll be a lot of hands on outdoor activity. He says they’re going to be learning how to frame up an image, how to get their camera off the automatic mode and jump into some aperture and shutter speed manual settings, they’ll be looking at light and shapes and they’ll be putting it all together in a collective so they can view each others work and learn some of the vocabulary and the understandings of how to critique photography so they can explore photography as they’re practicing over the weekend.

The course runs from 9 to 12 Saturday and Sunday. Registration is 50 dollars and you can call the Norva Center at 204-687-4237 to take part.
