The Northern Gateway Museum in Denare Beach will be holding their annual Discovery Day Sunday afternoon.  Their Board Chair Penny Morissette invites you to visit the Museum to look at their history and enjoy the day.  She says they’re going to have free hot dogs, free drinks and free bubbles for the kids and there’s going to be a presentation by Les Oystryk on a new display featuring RCMP Lance Corporal Marcel Chappuis and also Elaine Angelski will be there to do a demonstration on panning purple sand that is available in our area.

Discovery Day runs from 2 to 4 this Sunday afternoon.  The Museum in Denare Beach is open daily from 12 to 7 with free admission.
