The Flin Flon Public Library has started its TD Summer Reading Club. Administrator Cindy McLean says it encourages children to spend some time with books. She explains all registered children are awarded a free reading activity kit and a chance to win some great prizes. She says they’re also doing special treat bags awarded for every completed notebook reading log. She adds they will also be running a week long summer camp from August 11th to 15th so all children are welcome to come to the library, get their notebooks and start reading.
McLean says the reading club is underway now and runs until the end of August.
